"A freezer that's not freezing is a food-safety call — I prioritize them. The most common cause in LA is the start relay, which costs under $30 in parts. Compressor failures are less common but I carry those too. Either way, I can diagnose it on the first visit. Los Feliz is one of my favorite stops in East LA.
