"Viking and Thermador igniters look the same as a standard igniter to most techs — but the calibration procedure is completely different. I carry factory calibration tools for both brands. A lot of pro-range calls I get were misdiagnosed by a previous tech who didn't have the right equipment. Encino is a great area to work.
